Restaurant Hyskje

 Our restaurant “HYSKJE” is located on the top floor of the hotel and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer modern Scandinavian style gastronomy while overlooking the beautiful Geiranger Fjord. Short-travelled food is very important for us and almost everything you find here is local produce from the area around Geiranger and made from scratch with passion. Meat from Ole Ringdal in Hellesylt, salmon from Storfjorden, cod from the coast around Ålesund, potatoes and vegetables from local farms and beer from Geiranger Brewery are just a few of the things we proudly offer.
