Our restaurant “HYSKJE” is located on the top floor of the hotel and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer modern Scandinavian style gastronomy while overlooking the beautiful Geiranger Fjord. Short-travelled food is very important for us and almost everything you find here is local produce from the area around Geiranger and made from scratch with passion. Meat from Ole Ringdal in Hellesylt, salmon from Storfjorden, cod from the west coast of Norway, potatoes and vegetables from local farms and beer from Geiranger Brewery are just a few of the things we proudly offer.

The Distillery Bar
Did you know that we have our very own distillery in house? Come join us for a tour & tasting, or visit our cocktail bar on the 2nd floor of the new building.
At our distillery bar you find craft cocktails made with local ingredients and home-made destilaltes, local beers & delicious snacks such as cheese, hams & other delicacies from the area. And on most Thursdays you can enjoy live music here as well!
Open every Thursday, Friday & Saturday during the summer season.
